Company 39 was alerted for single vehicle accident over the embankment. Assistant chief 39 arrived on scene and advised single vehicle over 12 foot embankment, driver out. He established headsville command. Medic 39 also on scene. RE-39, BLS 39-70, Squad 23, along with WVSP responded. Patient appeared to have been ejected when vehicle rolled over the bank and landing on the roof then coming to rest on the drivers side. Patient was packaged and brought up the bank with ropes. Transport was to WMRMC by medic 39-70. All units cleared available.
